There is a limitation of female team in the new FIFA 16

FIFA 16 is not as flashy as its predecessor was and invites gamers to find the strength of their team and to develop a style of play around that, making sure that they adapt to the formation and players that the opposition fields. I like the extra patience required and the way one single mistake can have a big negative impact, but there are certainly some fans who might be put off by the fact that power and pace no longer dominate the pitch.

You need to select your Captain from the first five cards on offer, and then go ahead and build a team around them. Sounds simple, eh? Not so much. It’s a real balancing act between snaffling all the top players and doing your utmost to ensure the chemistry rating remains high. Tough decisions need to be made; the more successful teams often led by the head rather than the heart. Remember, chemistry wins games! FIFA has long since been a high watermark for video game sports and this year’s entry is no exception.

With a new Draft Mode within the FIFA Ultimate Team and a bunch of additions and refinements to an already solid gameplay mechanic, FIFA 16 presents us with the most robust and well-rounded sports title of the new generation. But when a game, especially when it exists with a franchise that sees annual entries, strives to reach new levels and break a few boundaries, the comfortable and familiar take a back seat. In other words, while there’s no doubt in my mind that die-hard soccer fans will eventually adore the new FIFA, you have to embrace the changes.

It doesn’t play exactly like last year’s effort and while that’s a good thing, you may initially be annoyed. Yes, you have to re-learn a few things. Check out the example in the video below - an opposing attacker crosses the ball towards the goal, but as you can see from the yellow X, it's going out of play, which would result in a goal kick for me. But instead of letting the ball go out of play, Jones rabidly sprints towards the ball to head it out even more than it already is. In the process, he becomes the last one to touch the ball, and the opposition end up with an opponent's threatening corner kick.

And notice Jones is supposedly under the control of the blue player, but despite pulling left on the stick, he's barreling right. It's exasperating. There are still times when EA decides it's best for the CPU to take over the controls entirely, and it's plain wrong. Now lets look at the biggest addition to the game which is the womens teams to the game in certain mode, and yes you read that right “certain modes” there is a massive limit on how women teams can be used in FIFA as they can only be played in Kick Off, Tournament Mode, and Friendlies. That means no Career Mode, FUT, or any other modes.

For people who really wanted to use the womens teams in FIFA 16 you will end up being disappointed as they are really limited. This is a new feature though so limitations are expected at first, and hopefully in the future FIFA games, women teams will be usable in all modes. Now with enough patience, you can use the global transfer network to eventually find players, however even just little things get in the way such as no ability to filter/sort the results you have received from your scouts for example, sort by country, by league, by age etc.

Would just be a little bit more helpful. It could also help you find the players you would be more realistically looking for. Thankfully though it is much more bearable now with the game being a bit more lenient on the system, players don’t take no where near as long to scout anymore and the stats don’t expire until a year now. I can actually put up with and somewhat embrace the whole transfer network system this year because of this change.
