FIFA 15 new update adds new content in the shape of players

FIFA 15 used the tagline “feel the game” and although there have been some bumps and glitches along the way, it is clear that popular interest is only growing for these hyper-realistic sports games. Hopefully EA can iron out the errors it has found in expanding their platform to mobile and web content, and continue to grow the gaming industry.

Career Mode is a hugely popular feature in FIFA games, but in recent years major improvements have been few and far between as it has taken a back seat in light of the popularity of Ultimate Team. Nevertheless, it is still a firm favorite amongst FIFA players and a mainstay for offline gamers in particular.

EA has done a good job in building up the anticipation for possibly the most popular sports title with the release of FIFA 15's Top 50 players based on ratings. Featured in the commercial are flashes of gameplay overlapped with the faces of random players who are seen to be experiencing the game themselves. From video game clips, the users are shown in their homes physically reacting to the ongoing gameplay, trying to block free kicks and flying backwards following a strong tackle.

FIFA 15 looks amazing in FIFA 15 and the presentation of the game looks like you are actually watching a football game on your TV. In addition, the players and their clothes get covered with dirt and the match feels more realistic and natural. You will notice now the ball boys throwing the balls back to the players, the coaches, cameraman, spectators and many more.

New FIFA 15 details have emerged ever since a fan met up with game producer Santiago Jaramillo at a private event in Seattle. It’s definitely not a big reveal or anything special, but he answered some questions that give us insight as to what they are doing different for FIFA 15.

FIFA 15 is going to have a transfer market as well, and this update has been confirmed by an EA community manager so you can definitely expect a transfer market. Overall, EA Sports wants to make FIFA 15 more fun than the previous games, and it looks like they got the right idea if they come through with the improvements we expect to see.

Passing has been updated ever so slightly, each move now a little quicker and more defined, and the once lumbering goalkeepers have been given a minor overhaul: they are now more focused.

The new update also adds new content in the shape of players, kits, and badges. The FIFA Ultimate Team player portraits for eighteen players have been updated and new authentic player faces have been added for a list of players. Under fixes, the update brings overall gameplay improvements where camera angels have been tweaked, Career Mode fixed, online bugs squashed and more.
